Lighting & Sound Technician

Still a student, Gavin has no problems getting himself involved with various music and lighting events. Gavin, with his great passion for all technology is a tremendous help at the office and on the road. Starting to work for Rhythm at the age of 13 Gavin, has not stopped since he started.

Gavin has become a familiar face to many banquet halls and companies throughout the industry. In no time at all Gavin went from being a "roadie" to a lighting technician. Starting with just to basic knowledge of plugging cables in and hoping it worked; he has gained an extensive amount of knowledge throughout his time with Rhythm.

Attending Pine Ridge Secondary School, Gavin sets up and operates all of the sound and some of the lighting equipment and also helps co-ordinate some musical events. After high school Gavin is planning to attend Ryerson University for the theatrical program. Following his (hopeful) success, Gavin hopes to go into the Sound and Lighting industry for concert and theatrical events.

Gavin is one of our intelligent light programmers and operators. He has designed shows for weddings, fashion shows, and other events. With the help of Gavin's extensive knowledge in basic electronics and gadgets, he has allowed himself to adapt to any location and situation to get the best show possible.

Thanks to Rhythm Gavin has come a long way and has gained the knowledge to keep going farther. We wish the best for him and his future. Gavin loves working in the industry and running sound and lighting for various events.
